We call her Julie … she is the longest team member with almost 10 years in our reservation and therefore also seen as “mama monster”. She overlooks our busy Italian market and is not troubled during stressful times, because she knows how to stay on top of our busy Italian operation. Whenever our youngsters have a question – she is the go-to person and always knows how to do or who to ask.
